मैं आज 2/12/2019 इगतपुरी नासिक से दिल्ली वापस जा रहा हूँ और मैंने 1/12/2019 को IRCTC से तत्काल कोटे से पंजाब मेल ट्रैन नम्बर 12137 में अपनी टिकट बुक करवाई थी जोकि waiting में मुझे मिली TQWL 7 / WL 6 थी 1 घंटे बाद WL 5 हो गई और जब तक चार्ट नही बना ये स्थिति ऐसे ही बनी रही जब चार्ट बन गया तो मेरी टिकट कन्फर्म हो गई थी अब मेरी टिकट की स्थिति है conf/6/S2
मुझे आज ही दिल्ली जाने जरूरी था इसलिए चिंता हो रही थी की टिकट कन्फर्म नही हुई तो क्या करूंगा सब बोलते हैं 10 तक वेटिंग टिकट कन्फर्म हो ही जाती हैं इसलिए आप भी कभी ऐसी स्थिति में हो तो चार्ट बनने तक wait करे

मैन 7 साल पहले 20-12-2012 TCS टाटा कैन्सल्टनसी सर्विसेज के 10 शेयर 605 रुपये में खरीदे थे। जिनका आज 23 जून 2019 का मूल्य 2250 रुपये है आज का मेरा मुनाफा 16450 रुपये है उस पर बोनस ओर डिविडेंड अलग से समय समय पर कंपनी की नीतियों के आधार पर मिला इसको बोलते है आम के आम और गुठलियों के भी दाम। आज मुझे 6050 रुपये का निवेश 10400 रुपये का लाभ के साथ मिल रहा है और वो भी बिना किस काग़जी कार्यवाही के बिना किसी झंझट के बस 1 बटन दबाते ही मेरे बचत खाते में ।

1. मुझे अपने पैसों के लिए कोई भाग दौड़ा नही करनी पड़ेगी।
2. किसी संस्था को कोई फॉर्म नही भर के देना।
3. उसको पास कराने के लिए दस्तावेजो को दस्तखत नही कराने।
4. अपना कीमती समय दफ्तरों के चक्कर लगाने में नही व्यर्थ करना।
5. किसी से चिक चिक नही करनी।

1. ओपन हाई ओपन लौ पद्ति (Open High-Low strategy)
2. शेयर की कारोबारी दिशा (शेयर पछले 2 - 3 दिन से 10 शीर्ष उच्चतम एवं निम्नतम शेयर की श्रेणी में होना चाहिए। Top 10 High and Low share)
3. शेयर का बीटा मुल्य 1.2-1.8 से काम होनी चाहिए। Beta value 1.2 to 1.8.
4.  शेयर के क्रेताओं विक्रेताओं की संख्या। Share buyers and sellers volume.

प्रतिदिन जब शेयर बाजार खुलती है तब जिन शेयर्स का ओपन मुल्य उसके हाई मुल्य के बराबर हो या उसके आस पास हो तो उस शेयर का मुल्य मौजूद स्तर से निचे गिर जाता है ऐसे शेयर्स में शार्ट सैलिंग पद्ति बिकवाली करके आप अच्छा लाभ प्राप्त कर सकते है। इसमे विक्रेताओं की संख्या क्रेताओं की संख्या से अधिक होगी एवं शेयर संबंधित न्यूज पर भी विशेष जानकारी रखे।

उदाहरण: किसी शेयर का ओपन मुल्य 210 एवं हाई मुल्य भी 210 क्रेताओं की संख्या 5000 विक्रेताओं की संख्या 9000, तब ऐसी स्थिति में यह शेयर का मूल्य मौजूदा स्तर से नीचे की ओर गिरेगा।

इसके विपरीत जिन शेयर्स का ओपन मुल्य उसके लौ या निम्नतम मुल्य के बराबर हो या आस पास हो तो उस शेयर का मुल्य मौजूद स्तर से ऊपर की ओर बढ़ जाता है ऐसे शेयर्स में खरीदारी करनी चाहिए। इसमे विक्रेताओं की संख्या क्रेताओं की संख्या से कम होगी एवं शेयर संबंधित न्यूज पर भी विशेष जानकारी रखे।

शेयर की कारोबारी दिशा

शेयर पिछले 2 - 3 दिन से 10 शीर्ष उच्चतम एवं निम्नतम शेयर की श्रेणी में होना चाहिए। Top 10 High and Low share

जब भी आप शेयर को चुने तो यह अवश्य सुनिश्चित कर के की उस शेयर का पिछले  दिनों की कारोबारी दिशा किस ओर है क्या वह शेयर ऊपरी स्तर की ओर बढ़ रहा है या निम्नतम स्तर की ओर गिर रहा है ओर वह 10 शीर्ष स्तर के शेयर्स की श्रेणी में हो ।

उच्चतम स्तर (Uptrend)  वाले शेयर का भाव बीते दिनों के मुल्य से अधिक होगा उसमे क्रेताओं की संख्या भी अधिक होगी जिससे शेयर का मुल्य बढेगा ऐसे शेयर में खरीदारी करनी चाहिए।

निम्नतम स्तर (Uptrend)  वाले शेयर का भाव बीते दिनों के मुल्य से कम होगा उसमे विक्रेताओं की संख्या क्रेताओं से अधिक होगी जिससे शेयर का मुल्य गिरेगा ऐसे शेयर में बिकवाली करनी चाहिए।

बीटा मुल्य (Bita value) 

किसी भी शेयर को खरीदने या बेचने से पहले उसका बीटा मुल्य जरूर देखें। यदि शेयर का 

बीटा मुल्य 1 के बराबर है तो शेयर शेयर बाजार की स्थिति से सामान्य परिवर्तनशील (voletail) होगा।

बीटा मुल्य 1 के कम है वह शेयर शेयर बाजार की स्थिति से  कम परिवर्तनशील (voletail) होगा।

बीटा मुल्य 1 के अधिक है वह शेयर शेयर बाजार की स्थिति से  ज्यादा परिवर्तनशील (voletail) होगा। उसके मुल्य में तेज़ी से परिवर्तन आएगा।

शेयर क्रेताओं विक्रेताओं की संख्या (Buyer's & Seller's quantity) 

किसी भी शेयर को खरीदने या बेचने से पहले उसमे शेयर बाजार की स्थिति के अनुसार घरेलू एवं विदेशी बाजारों के सूचकांकों के अनुसार ओर संबंधित शेयर में किसी खबर के कारण उस शेयर में क्रेताओं व विक्रेताओं की संख्या का निर्धारण होता है। जिन शेयर्स में क्रेताओं की संख्या अधिक होगी उनमे मुल्य उच्चतम स्तर की ओर जाते है इसके विपरीत जिन शेयर्स ने विक्रेताओं की संख्या अधिक होगी उनमें मुल्य निम्नतम स्तर की ओर गिरावट को दर्शाते हैं।

वह निवेश जो इंट्राडे ट्रेडिंग करते है यह उन निवेशकों के लिये बहुत ज्यादा आवश्यक है कि उनको शेयर से सम्बंधित current news की पूरी जानकारी हो क्योकि उनको अपना ट्रैड उसी दिन समाप्त करना होता है यदि इंट्राडे निवेशक न्यूज़ की जानकारी नही रखेंगे बस आकड़ो या कैण्डल स्टिक के पैटर्न या अन्य चार्ट्स के आधार पर ही काम करेंगे तो उनको यकीनन किए भी अकस्मात स्थिति का सामना करना पड़ता है या तो उनको अधिक लाभ प्राप्त हो सकता है या बहुत अधिक हानि हो सकती है इसलिए सुरक्षित ट्रेड करने के लिए न्यूज़ चैनल से up to date न्यूज देखते रहे।
